This opportunity is open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, non-qualified fee earners.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive firm offering genuine career progression and hands-on exposure to a varied residential caseload.Key Responsibilities• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases• Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new build transactions• Drafting contracts, reports on title and related legal documentation• Conducting title checks, searches and raising enquiries• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors• Ensuring compliance with SRA and AML regulations• Delivering high standards of client care and maintaining strong working relationshipsCandidate Profile• Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE), Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive• Experienced non-qualified conveyancing fee earner• Ability to manage files independently or with appropriate supervision• Strong organisational and time management skills• Excellent communication and client care skills• Commercial awareness and a proactive approachWhat's on Offer• Competitive salary dependent on experience• Supportive and collaborative team environment• Clear career progression opportunities• Ongoing training and developmentHow to Apply:Contact Alicia Forde on or email quoting Job Ref: eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
