Position: Senior Residential Property Conveyancer

• Location: Wokingham
• Team: Join a friendly and reputable team of 3 with a strong presence in the Thames Valley region

Key Responsibilities

• Leasehold & Freehold: Handle a mix of residential properties
• Sales & Purchases: Manage all aspects of residential property transactions
• New Builds & Plot Sales: Expertise in new build projects and plot sales is desirable but not essential

About you

• Qualifications: Solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5+ years PQE equivalent
• Experience: Proven track record in residential property conveyancing.

Skills:

• Excellent IT skills
• Strong organisational abilities
• Proficiency in using a Case Management System
