Residential Care Worker (RCW)
Up to £39,000 per year + Bonuses £65 per sleep-in Permanent, Full-Time Set Rota - Work 2 Days, Get 4 Off!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Building meaningful relationships based on trust and respect
Supporting emotional, social, and behavioural growth
Acting as a key worker, managing care plans and writing reports
Contributing to a fun, safe, and secure home environment
Being part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration and care
Driving or escorting children to school, appointments, and outings
Completing sleep-in duties (additional pay provided)
What You Need:
A full UK driving licence
Passion for working with young people
Willingness to work shifts (including nights and weekends)
Commitment to safeguarding and making a difference
Previous experience in residential care is ideal, but not essential if you're driven to learn and grow
