Regional Property & Maintenance Leader - Luxury Hotels

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Regional Property and Maintenance Manager to oversee our South of England hotels, including the Channel Islands. Role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to maintain high standards of quality, safety and presentation across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with hotel leadership, maintenance teams and the Asset Team to prioritise maintenance, ensure statutory compliance and deliver property improvements in line with company priorities and
