Maintenance & Facilities Leader - Holiday Park Operations

Park Holidays UK is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance team across our holiday parks. You will manage staff, budgets, health and safety, and liaise with external contractors to uphold high standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to planning schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring safe operation of plant and facilities. Weekend and peak times work may be required.
