Maintenance Team Lead - Facilities & Guest Experience

Center Parcs Longleat Forest is seeking a Maintenance Assistant Manager to oversee daily maintenance tasks and lead a team across Accommodation and Central Buildings. You will coordinate with internal teams to plan maintenance, support training and monitor performance, and ensure safe, functional spaces for guests and staff.

The role requires trades qualification (Electrical, Gas Safe, Mechanical or Plumbing) and strong planning abilities, with a 4-week minimum 160-hour schedule.
