Production Scheduler

We're supporting a leading aerospace manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Scheduler to join their team in Fareham.

• Role: Production Scheduler
• Duration: 9 months
• Pay: £22 - 27.50 p/hr (Inside IR35)
• Location: Titchfield, Fareham (Fully onsite)

This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of high-priority components through a complex manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking the progress of critical parts through the manufacturing process
• Identifying bottlenecks and coordinating actions to remove delays
• Working closely with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain and Engineering
• Hand-carrying units where required to expedite priority work
• Communicating timelines, risks and priorities across multiple departments
• Supporting recovery plans for customer escalations

Key Skills & Experience:

• Background in Aerospace, Defence Aviation, MRO or complex manufacturing environments
• Experience as an Expeditor, Production Scheduler, Production Planner, or similar
• Confident working on the shop floor and engaging with multiple teams
• Comfortable with fast turnaround expectations and shifting priorities
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple critical workstreams
