Production Operative - Late shift
Location:
Strongdor Factory, Morecambe
Hours of work: 2:45pm - 12:45am, Monday to Thursday
Salary: £27,977.25 + 10% shift allowance

At Strongdor, we take pride in crafting high quality, British made bespoke steel doors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our team.

About the role: As Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

We currently have vacancies in the below areas:

  • Machine Shop
  • Paint Line
  • Packaging/Despatch
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with your team to manufacture bespoke steel doors from sheet metal.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and relevant SOPs.
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards.
  • Relaying process improvement, suggestions, and challenges to your team leader.
  • Being a flexible team member, willing to work at any point of the process.
  • Full training will be provided for this role.
