- Keeping a keen eye on KPIs around yield, waste, and efficiency - and celebrating wins with the team.
- Experience in food, drink, or FMCG production management.
- A people-first approach to leadership, with a track record of getting the best from your team.
- Strong H&S and compliance knowledge (HACCP, BRCGS).
- A continuous improvement mindset - Kaizen, Lean, or similar would be an advantage.
