We are seeking a motivated, experienced Reconstruction Manager to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in craftsmanship, and enjoys leading teams through meaningful, impactful work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution


• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews


• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies


• Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction


• Review and interpret project estimates, plans, and specifications


• Work closely with the mitigation team to ensure seamless project handoffs and timely completion

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential or commercial construction management experience preferred


• Proven leadership and team coordination skills


• Strong understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Experience with Xactimate (preferred)


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
