We're hiring a Product Manager to drive innovation in our logistics platform, lead cross functional product development, and deliver solutions with real world impact.
What will you do?- Define product strategy for Bringg's data and platform modules, and translate that strategy into well defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Work with cross functional teams and various stakeholders, including go to market, customer success, engineering, analytics, and design/user experience.
- Key collaborators will be the other Product Managers, as well as the engineering leader for AI and Data.
- Prioritise and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
- Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
- Define and execute go to market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B industry environment and a passion to solve problems.
- Experience with data architecture and data model design.
- Deep technical abilities and detail oriented, able to communicate with developers easily.
- Ability to make clear decisions and prioritise, balancing data and intuition in an environment with imperfect information.
- Excellent collaboration and ability to communicate well across functions from engineering about technical requirements, all the way to communicating with marketing on problems and value.
- Ability to work well across time zones. Bringg is a distributed company, with go to market teams in North America and development teams in Eastern Europe and Israel.
- Quick and self learner, knowledge and logic driven with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
