Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive - Stamford 3-5 Years PQE

Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5 years PQE looking to join one of the region's leading law firms? We are currently recruiting for a full-time position at our Oakham and Stamford offices, offering a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll be part of a highly experienced private client department, advising on a broad spectrum of matters including:

• Wills (simple and complex)
• Probate and estate administration
• Tax and trusts
• Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
• Life planning
• Court of Protection cases

You'll deliver high-quality legal advice to clients across Oakham and Stamford, backed by the most experienced team in the area.

About You:

• You have 3-5 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in private client law
• You bring strong technical knowledge and excellent client management skills
• You communicate clearly and empathetically, making complex legal matters accessible
• You're personable, compassionate and commercially aware
• You hold or are working towards the STEP qualification, or are keen to do so
