Senior Private Client SolicitorSalary Highly Competitive Fast Process Regional Powerhouse I am working with a highly regarded North West London practice with a strong reputation for providing clear, practical advice and building lasting relationships. The firm is now seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its growing department and take on a key role in shaping its future.You will be handling a broad and interesting caseload, including:

• Complex wills and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Trust creation and administration, together with probate and estate administration, including taxable estates.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and succession planning for entrepreneurial families and business owners.
• Working towards a leadership role within the department, helping to mentor colleagues and develop strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• At least 4 years' PQE in Private Client work, with strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate and LPAs.
• A STEP qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent drafting skills, confident client care, and the ability to build rapport with HNW clients and advisers.
• A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and departmental growth.
