Pizza Chef

At Enigma Quests, we create immersive escape room experiences with missions bigger than escaping. Having launched our newest venue in Holborn, we are looking to open a brand new restaurant serving exquisitely crafted menu of artisanal pizzas and other carefully selected items with quality and presentation in mind.

We are looking for Pizza Chefs who will form a strong kitchen team, working together with the Head Pizza Chef to ensure the kitchen is running efficiently and smoothly, and every meal is prepared to highest standards of quality and presentation.

As a small, family-run business, we pride ourselves on fostering a close-knit, supportive atmosphere where the kitchen team will work directly with the venue owners, delivering the exceptional service day in day out.

What you will bring:

• Passion for high quality food and positive energy to inspire your colleagues and guests
• Excellent organisational skills, keeping the operations running like clockwork even during busiest of days
• Exceptional skill of mixing and shaping fresh dough
• Experience of working with either wood fired or electric pizza oven
• Keen eye for detail and determination to pursue excellence in every meal cooked and presented
• Ability to stay flexible and support the team where most needed
• Strong understanding of food prep, food hygiene and kitchen safety
