Head Pizza Chef

At Enigma Quests, we create immersive escape room experiences with missions bigger than escaping. Having launched our newest venue in Holborn, we are looking to open a brand new restaurant serving exquisitely crafted menu of artisanal pizzas and other carefully selected items with quality and presentation in mind.

We are looking for a Head Pizza Chef who will be leading the way in managing all aspects of the kitchen including but not limited to Compliance & Reporting, Health & Food Safety, Stock and COGS management, Kitchen audits and Meeting set KPI's.

As a small, family-run business, we pride ourselves on fostering a close-knit, supportive atmosphere where you will work directly with the venue owners, leading your kitchen team with passion and positive energy, and ensuring the kitchen is running efficiently and smoothly whether you are present there or not.

What you will bring:

• Passion for high quality food and positive energy to inspire and support your team.
• Excellent organisational skills, keeping the operations running like clockwork even during busiest of days.
• Experience in leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant environment.
• Exceptional skill of mixing and shaping fresh dough and working with wood fired or electric pizza oven.
• Keen eye for detail and determination to pursue excellence in every meal cooked and presented.
• Being hands-on, working shifts and crafting pizzas regularly, training and improving the team's skills, and finding ways to make the kitchen better.
