Customer Service & Complaints, Reading:

  • Manage customer cases from inception to completion, ensuring all necessary actions are taken promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining consistent communication with all parties involved.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Record and maintain accurate case details and updates in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute positively to the team and company culture, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Successful Applicant

Customer Service & Complaints, Reading: A successful Personal Case Manager should have:

  • A relevant qualification in customer service or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
