Customer Service & Complaints, Reading:
- Manage customer cases from inception to completion, ensuring all necessary actions are taken promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining consistent communication with all parties involved.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Record and maintain accurate case details and updates in the system.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Contribute positively to the team and company culture, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Successful Applicant
Customer Service & Complaints, Reading: A successful Personal Case Manager should have:
- A relevant qualification in customer service or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using customer management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
