People & Culture Partner (Fixed-Term) - Change Leader

Google DeepMind in London is seeking a People and Culture Partner on a fixed-term basis to lead organizational change, workforce planning and talent development for global teams. You will shape and execute people plans and collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic HR outcomes.

As part of a global AI pioneer, you will translate OKRs into people initiatives, monitor workforce health, and contribute to equitable talent practices while supporting Google's safety and ethics commitments.
