Social Work Team Lead for Disability Services

TTM Healthcare is recruiting a Social Worker Team Leader to join our disability services in Ireland. You will provide an evidence-based social work service to adults with complex needs within an interdisciplinary, family-centered model and lead a team of social workers.

In this role you will mentor junior staff and support the Principal Social Worker, uphold high standards of practice, and drive service development and improvement through collaboration with colleagues, service users and families.
