Job Description
Clio, the leading legal tech platform, seeks an accomplished Senior Director of Customer Success to own international CS strategy and operating model across EMEA and beyond. You will build a 25+ person global team, drive AI-powered success plays, and align with Sales, Product, and RevOps to grow multi-region revenue and customer value.
You will lead AI-driven CS workflows, design high-touch, scaled, and digital CS motions, and champion a culture of operational excellence and customer obsession.
