P&L Driven Restaurant Team Leader

Five Guys is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shift teams in a high-volume hospitality environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver perfect burgers and fries, oversee store results, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage people, coach and develop talent, and model our values while driving profitability and operations excellence across shifts, including evenings and weekends.
