What you'll be doing as Operations Manager

• Leading all site operations across extraction, processing, engineering and maintenance within a £15m+ turnover environment
• Holding full commercial and financial accountability, driving profitability and cash generation
• Overseeing a substantial capital investment programme from planning through to delivery
• Ensuring environmental compliance and advancing sustainability standards
• Embedding best-in-class health and safety compliance across all activities
• Managing stakeholder and community relationships while contributing at executive management level

What you'll bring to the table as Operations Manager

• Previous leadership experience within a regulated mineral extraction, aggregate processing or heavy manufacturing environment
• Proven P&L accountability with delivery of strong financial performance
• Experience managing large-scale capital expenditure programmes
• Strong knowledge of QSHE standards, ideally with Level 6 in Safety, Health & Environmental Management - Quarries
• Relevant geotechnical qualification
