Occupational Therapy Manager - Adults & Children's Services in Barking earning up to £45 per hour on a full-time basis for 3 months. We are seeking an innovative leader to take charge of our Occupational Therapy team within the vibrant Enabling Independence service. What you will do:

  • Provide leadership and management for the Occupational Therapy team within the Enabling Independence service
  • Supervise and support occupational therapy staff to ensure high standards of professional practice
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure individuals receive appropriate and effective occupational therapy support
  • Ensure team performance aligns with statutory responsibilities, policies, and service priorities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and partner services to enhance integrated service delivery
  • Contribute to service planning, operational development, and performance monitoring
  • Support staff development and foster a positive, high-performing team environment

This role requires HCPC registration and a valid driving licence.
