Occupational Therapy Manager - Adults & Children's Services in Barking earning up to £45 per hour on a full-time basis for 3 months. What you will do:
- Provide leadership and management for the Occupational Therapy team within the Enabling Independence service
- Supervise and support occupational therapy staff to ensure high standards of professional practice
- Oversee service delivery to ensure individuals receive appropriate and effective occupational therapy support
- Ensure team performance aligns with statutory responsibilities, policies, and service priorities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and partner services to enhance integrated service delivery
- Contribute to service planning, operational development, and performance monitoring
- Support staff development and foster a positive, high-performing team environment
This role requires HCPC registration and a valid driving licence.
