- Lead conversations with HR professionals, senior management, and decision-makers.

- Maintain a clear focus on commercial goals while bringing creativity and structure to your approach.

Requirements
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset: ambitious, proactive, and laser-focused on results.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in a commercial or strategic role.
- You communicate in Dutch and English
- You're confident in sparking conversations and influencing at senior levels.
- You're highly structured, self-motivated, and work well independently.
