Location: Remote (occasional travel required

Role Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented MES Application Tester to support quality assurance across manufacturing execution systems. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on MES testing experience, automation tool proficiency, and a solid grasp of Agile delivery cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, and system testing across MES applications
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools
• Document test cases, test results, and defect logs with precision
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to refine acceptance criteria
• Manage test plans and sprint cycles using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Participate in UAT and post-deployment validation

Required Skills

• Proven experience testing MES platforms (eg, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, SAP ME)
• Familiarity with automation tools (eg, Selenium, TestComplete, or similar)
• Strong documentation skills for test scripts and defect tracking
• Working knowledge of ADO test plans, boards, and Agile ceremonies
• Ability to work independently in remote setups with occasional travel

Engagement Details

• Remote-first role with occasional client site visits (travel reimbursed via expense form)
• Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension
