Title: Member Services Representative

Reports to: Club Manager

FLSA: Non Exempt

What You'll Be Doing

As a Member Services Representative you will be a high energy, positive team member, delivering exceptional member service and encouraging fitness success.

• Maintain a super clean club to meet member expectations.
• Recruit new and current members for fitness classes.
• Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
• Assist with member enlistment, greetings and farewells at the welcome desk, and other club responsibilities.
• Lead by example and invite members to join our community.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Take advantage of competitive salaries, Black Card membership and growth opportunities.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Minimum age of 18.
• Passion for helping others.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, balance, kneel up to 50 lbs and handle hazardous chemicals.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Dependable and punctual.

Physical Demands

• Occasional lift, push or pull at least 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist or crouch.
