Management Accountant (Progression to Financial Controller)£40,000 - £55,000York region

An established British manufacturing business is looking for a Management Accountant with genuine succession into a future Financial Controller role. You'll work closely with the current FC and gain increasing exposure to the MD as you grow.

The role includes:

• Monthly management accounts
• Cashflow & treasury management
• Business-wide financial reporting
• Budgets & forecasting
• Payroll
• Sales & purchase ledger
• Supervising a Business Administrator

What you'll bring:

• Strong technical accounting skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent organisational ability
• Desirable: Sage 200, Sage Payroll, Microsoft skills, CIMA/ACCA or QBE
