Maldon Town Council - Facilities OfficerMaldon Town Council are seeking a proactive, solutions-focused individual with experience in project administration and knowledge of facilities management, with an interest in maintaining historic buildings.
The role is primarily to: Lead on the development and delivery of an improvement plan in partnership with the Council and key stakeholders, such as building leaseholders and contractors.
Provide facilities management, organising regular maintenance of building services, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are met, and best value for money.
Part Time: 21 hours per week. Normal hours to be worked on a flexible, demand-led basis.
