Lux Concierge: Elevate Guest Experience & Local Guide

Palé Hall is seeking a Concierge to join our Front of House team. We welcome applications for both part-time and full-time roles, with weekend work on a rota basis.

The role focuses on delivering warm, attentive service, sharing local knowledge, and creating a welcoming first impression for guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with luggage and check-in/check-out, valet parking, and supporting other departments when required.
