Global O2C Process Owner: Finance Transformation Leader

Serco is seeking a dynamic O2C Global Process Owner to lead the end-to-end order-to-cash process across regions. You will drive governance, standardisation and digital enablement within a multinational finance function.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Process and Systems, you will shape the O2C strategy, manage global stakeholders, and coach a network of process leads and SMEs to deliver operational excellence.
