Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria- Minimum relevant qualification to Diploma level, or equivalent experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Previous relevant experience of working with patients, carers or the public and a working knowledge of the techniques used.
- Previous experience of working in the NHS
- Experience of working in an Engagement role
- Experience of using CANVA or similar
- Experience of working with databases
