Location: Flexible Across Nottinghamshire

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our legal team. The location for this role is flexible, provided you are able to attend client appointments across all branches when required.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where you will handle a broad range of litigation matters, providing high-quality advice and representation to clients. You'll work closely with individuals and businesses, delivering practical solutions and playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients across a wide range of litigation matters
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents
• Act on behalf of clients in court, mediations and negotiations
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategies
• Maintain accurate client records and case management systems
• Stay current with changes in relevant laws and regulations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide clear advice
• Client-focused, approachable and professional
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
