Level 2 Fitness Instructor

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking a Level 3 Exercise Referral Instructor to join our Health Service Team, supporting the delivery of the HealthiER health and wellbeing programmes across East Riding Leisure Centres and community venues.

You will deliver tailored exercise programmes for individuals living with chronic medical conditions and provide lifestyle advice, including guidance on healthy eating and physical activity, to support long-term behaviour change. The role also includes delivering NHS Health Checks within the community, working with residents, local businesses and partner organisations.

You will help promote wellbeing, raise awareness of services and signpost individuals to appropriate support, engaging with a diverse range of residents across the East Riding.
