Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor

I'm really pleased to be working with a well-regarded firm that is continuing to invest in and grow its Leasehold Enfranchisement practice. Due to ongoing success, they're now looking to bring in a new Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor into the team. This role will suit someone who already has a solid background acting for both freehold landlords and leaseholders, and who enjoys running matters with a good level of autonomy. The firm is open on PQE (roughly 3-10 years), and much more focused on capability, confidence and commercial awareness than strict numbers. What will really stand out is a proven track record, whether that's an existing client following, strong referral relationships, or clear, credible ways you've helped generate and sustain work. You'll be joining a team that's already thriving, but importantly, this is a moment where you can play a genuine role in shaping the future direction of the department.
