A community-focused Adult Education service in the West Midlands is looking for a candidate to manage a small team of administrators. You'll oversee a busy administrative function, support learners' enrolment, and maintain educational records while ensuring a welcoming environment in the centres. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Qualifications include Level 2 Maths and English, and Level 3 Management and ICT.
