Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager or Business Partner to join a highly respected and well-established warehousing and storage business with a strong presence across the UK.

With further expansion planned, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing business where a people-focused HR professional will help to shape strategy, compliance and workplace culture. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience across a business going through an expansion phase.

This is a site-based role, which will include travel to other UK sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Play the lead role in developing strategy and compliance for HR in a growing business.
  • Provide expertise, guidance and support on a range of HR matters.
  • Provide expertise and leadership on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Review, develop and implement comprehensive HR policies across all aspects of the business.
  • Spearhead the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Carry out detailed analysis and reporting on all HR metrics to share and advise at senior management level.
Person Specification
  • At least 3 years' experience in a HR role in a fast-paced business, this may be either in a HR Manager, HR Business Partner or HR Coordinator position.
  • CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualified.
  • Previous experience in a SME environment.
  • Experience in dealing with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution.
  • Strong and up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulatory changes.
