Lead Maintenance Officer - Social Housing Repairs

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to support repairs, maintenance and property compliance across housing stock in London. You will manage day-to-day responsive repairs, log works orders, carry out pre- and post-inspections, monitor contractor performance and ensure safety and compliance.
