Job detailsSalary £28,071 to £29,859 per annum (pro rata if part time)
To support the facilities management team to provide a cost effective, safe, clean, comfortable, fit for purpose and statutorily compliant Force Estate.
This is a hands on role and in addition to being able to carry out maintenance work as and when required; you will supervise and allocate work to Maintenance Co Ordinator's within the Facilities Department, monitoring their individual performance, to ensure that high standards are maintained, deadlines and service level agreements are met, problems dealt with efficiently and performance monitored and improved via the setting and achieving of targets. The post holder will also input and extract data from computer systems to provide performance data on the service delivered.
