Interim First Line Controls Knowledge Lead

Rathbones is seeking an experienced Controls Assurance Knowledge Capture Lead for a 6 month interim role in Liverpool. The role focuses on capturing practical, first line operational knowledge across governance, risk and compliance to support audit readiness and regulatory assurance.

You will interview control owners, document end to end processes and ISAE 3402 narratives, ensuring documentation reflects live operations and real world practices, not just theory.
