Afternoon Prep Cell Leader - Food Safety & Quality

Hewett Recruitment in Redditch is seeking a Team Leader for a food production environment. The role is based on-site with hours 13:30-23:00, Monday to Friday, and a pay rate of £14.11 per hour plus £6.50 per shift allowance.

You will lead a packaging/production cell, supervise a team of operatives, and ensure food safety, GMP, and brand integrity are maintained while keeping the area audit-ready and within specification.
