An insolvency practice based in Glasgow seeks a highly motivated and experienced Insolvency Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in work winning and a strong background in insolvency.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations and CVAs
- Liaising with creditors, debtors and stakeholders to obtain information and updates on case progress
- Contributing to the development of the firm's business strategy
- Driving new business and securing new clients for the firm
- Delivering high-quality insolvency services to clients
Requirements:
- Proven track record in work-winning and business development
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in insolvency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
