Insolvency Practitioner / Director

An insolvency practice based in Glasgow seeks a highly motivated and experienced Insolvency Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in work winning and a strong background in insolvency.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations and CVAs
• Liaising with creditors, debtors and stakeholders to obtain information and updates on case progress
• Contributing to the development of the firm's business strategy
• Driving new business and securing new clients for the firm
• Delivering high-quality insolvency services to clients

Requirements:

• Proven track record in work-winning and business development
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in insolvency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
