Advert Details: We re looking for an organised, positive, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our busy CVRT Test Centre in Ballymount, D12. This is a key front-of-house role where you ll be at the heart of our daily operations welcoming customers, coordinating bookings, and helping ensure everything runs efficiently. What You ll Be Doing Customer Service & Bookings You ll be the first point of contact for our customers whether by phone, email, or in person. From answering queries to scheduling CVRT tests, services, and repairs, you ll ensure every interaction is helpful, professional, and positive. Administrative Management Keeping things organised is key. You ll maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, manage filing systems, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Financial Administration You ll handle invoicing, process payments, and assist customers with billing queries ensuring everything is clear, accurate, and efficient. Front Desk Operations As the face of the business, you ll greet customers warmly (including trade clients), manage visitor flow, and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area. Sales Promotion With a basic understanding of vehicle requirements and testing standards, you ll confidently recommend relevant services, parts, and accessories to customers where appropriate. What We re Looking For A friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence in handling multiple tasks in a busy environment Basic computer skills and experience with booking or admin systems Experience processing invoices, payments and handling cash (preferred) An interest in the motor industry is a plus, but not essentialWhat We Offer Full-time position Salary: €29,000 €31,000 per annum (depending on experience) Company pension scheme Supportive and team-oriented work environment A varied role with real responsibility and customer interaction Opportunity to develop skills in administration and the motor industry Free onsite parking About The Company We are Panda.
