Job Description
Requirements 
- Valid Blue CPCS Card or NPORS (with CSCS hologram) - essential
- Proven experience operating heavy excavators on site
- Strong knowledge of plant safety and site operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Your role as a Plant / Heavy Excavator Operator will be based in Birmingham and will consist of:
- Operating heavy excavators safely and efficiently on site
- Carrying out excavation, grading, trenching, and earthmoving tasks
- Following site drawings, plans, and instructions from supervisors
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and reporting defects
- Ensuring machinery is used in line with health & safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Communicating effectively with site teams, banksmen, and supervisors
- Assisting with general plant-related duties where required
- Reporting hazards, near-misses, or incidents promptly
- Competitive rate of £23.51 per hour PAYE
- 50 hours per week
- Holiday entitlement accrued
