Head of Learning Support & Inclusion

The Greenbank Project is seeking a Learning Support Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality learning support for students with additional learning needs. You will lead a team of Learning Support Assistants, plan and deploy support across lessons, assessments and work placements, and work closely with curriculum teams to enable inclusive learning.

You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor learner progress, ensure EHCP compliance and contribute to annual reviews.
