A well-established London property business is seeking an experiencedHead of Health & Safetyto lead and shape the organisation's safety strategy across a diverse, multi-site portfolio.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving a proactive health & safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and developing the organisation's

  health & safety strategy

  across a large multi-site property portfolio.

• Ensuring

  policies, procedures and controls

  remain compliant with current legislation and best practice.

• Managing

  risk registers, audits and investigations, identifying opportunities to strengthen safety performance.

What you'll need

• NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent)

  with strong experience in property, facilities, or multi-site environments.

• Proven experience

  managing health & safety functions and influencing senior stakeholders.
