Head of Core Operations: Energy Ops & Transformation

SEBL is seeking a senior leader to own end-to-end operational performance across onboarding, metering, settlement, gas operations and technical billing. You will drive transformation, cost-to-serve reductions, and a data-driven culture while ensuring governance and compliance across a regulated energy environment.

You will lead high-performing teams, embed continuous improvement, and partner with stakeholders to deliver sustainable operational and commercial outcomes.
