Job Description

Fawkes and Reece is recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee external refurbishment projects across North East / East Yorkshire. The role involves managing sites, coordinating work across multiple contracts and travelling to various sites in the region.

The post requires experience in energy efficiency environments within social housing and familiarity with PAS2030:2019, JCT and NEC forms. The successful candidate will lead on program development, drive timely delivery, ensure safety compliance
