Customer Solutions Executive

• Answer calls from customers entering the end of their agreement period to arrange refinancing.
• Make outbound calls to customers nearing the end of their existing agreement and explore available options.
• Provide tailored refinance quotations, checking affordability and the best customer outcome.
• Liaise with third-party dealerships to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Manage assigned Staff, Friends & Family customers, ensuring relevant information is provided and good customer outcomes are evidenced throughout the customer journey.
• Manage referrals from internal staff members and TGB.
• Support sales-focused pilots and develop processes supporting the Centre Network.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiencies in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Telephone/sales experience.
• Knowledge of finance products.
• Awareness of the Toyota/Lexus vehicle lineup.
