Are you an experienced Finance Programme Manager with a strong background in delivering large-scale finance and procurement initiatives?

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing PMO team where you will lead cross-functional programmes, drive business outcomes, and embed best practices in programme management across a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading complex, cross-functional programmes with multiple workstreams to achieve key business objectives
  • Defining programme objectives, designing solutions, and clarifying business problems to create actionable outcomes
  • Driving stakeholder engagement, influencing buy-in at all levels, including senior executives, and ensuring alignment across business units
  • Monitoring programme metrics and providing regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Managing risk exposure by implementing proactive risk communication, escalation, and mitigation plans
  • Supporting stakeholder management and change management, including communications and sustainability of changes
  • Partnering with remote, cross-functional teams to ensure delivery, collaboration, and accountability
  • Championing continuous improvement, optimising processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance delivery effectiveness
  • Mentoring and developing others to strengthen team capability and embed a culture of accountability and feedback
What we're looking for:
  • 8+ years of experience leading large and complex programmes and projects, including cross-functional finance and procurement initiatives
  • 5+ years of specific experience managing finance or procurement projects, with accounting or procurement expertise (CPA not required)
  • Strong knowledge of programme and project management best practices, with PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification highly desirable
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, Workday, Hyperion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics D365, or PeopleSoft (preferred)
  • Experience with technology projects or software development lifecycles (desirable)
  • Strong change management skills, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and sustainability of changes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and gain executive buy-in
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and managing critical conversations
  • A growth mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and focus, thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
